Considering how close it is to Australia, it's surprising how many of us have no idea where Palau is. Made up of 250 limestone islands, The Republic of Palau is in the west Pacific Ocean, around 2000 kilometres straight up from Australia.
Once she'd had a look around, Kelly wasn't surprised to discover it is considered to be one of the underwater wonders of the world.
