Eugene Levy & Samuel L. Jackson
This week we catch up with the amazing Eugene Levy and Samuel L. Jackson and chat travel and their new movie The Man.
Q. What's your number one travel tip?
SJ: Fly first class or by private plane.
EL: Yeah, that's a good tip Sam. Another tip don't ride backwards in the limo on your way to the airport because that can get you nauseous.
SJ: Eat when you're hungry and sleep when you're sleepy.
EL: Yeah, that's good advice.
Q. Ultimate travel experience?
EL: I love Paris. I love London.
SJ: If I had to pick one, I'd say Cape Town.
Q. Never leave home without?
EL: My pants because I did that once and you get to the airport and boy do you attract a crowd!
SJ: I never leave home without my iPod. [It] shuts out screaming babies on the plane.
Q: Favourite destination?
EL: You know what, Bora Bora sounds fascinating.
SJ: Ho Chi Minh City sounds good to me. I've heard lots of great things about it.
Q: Favourite Australian travel experiences?
SJ: I just love Australia. It's a great place to hang out. The people are very cool. It's gorgeous, the parts of it that I've seen.
EL: Yeah, but the Outback you haven't seen.
SJ: I haven't seen the Outback but I know what's out there.
Q: What's the best thing about filming The Man?
EL: Well, really for me it was working with this guy. That made it exciting.
SJ: A bit of comedic space with this guy. I've watched him, admired him and finally had the experience first-hand.
