What's your favourite vacation spot and why?

I like the South of France, I used to often go down there with my family down there so that was a thing we used to do every summer … go down and rent a little house or something and you know, it's nicer weather than London.

What's your number one travel tip?

I'm not sure. I guess if you get jet lag you've got to just get straight away into the location that your going to be in, and don't keep thinking 'oh it's eight hours behind where I was or eight hours ahead' because it confuses you, I think

What do you never leave home without?

Well it's nice if you can go with your family and bring them along, it's a nice holiday.

What's your ultimate travel destination?

I went to Cambodia to do a film and that was pretty fantastic. We were there in the jungles and there were tents set up and stuff in a clearing, that was amazing.

Have you been to Australia?

No, I've never been. I'd like to go though.

What's the one travel related thing you’d like to do before you die?

I'd like to visit as many places as I can. And I've never been to Australia and I think that would be fantastic and also South America.

What's the best thing about this movie?

It's got an edge to it that lots of movies don't have. It's kind of scary in some ways and I think kids like that. You know people say 'oh maybe it's a little bit old for them' [but] they like going on those rides where they're not meant to be on because the height restriction's a bit too low and they want to go on it. It's great with this film because they can all see the film they want to.

What was the biggest challenge of making this movie?

It was quite a challenge when we were working with the twins and also the CGI and it was almost a learning process for everyone. It took a while and a lot of rehearsals but I think we did it right in the end.

So you live in London, what's it like being recognised now?

London's good. I mean it's nice. I've always lived there.

But I mean as far as kids coming up and getting autographs.

No, not too much really. I don't think so. Unless you go out and stand there in the street waving your arms about saying 'look at me', you know people don't really notice. You can just get on with a normal life.

What music do you like listening to?

I like lots of different types of music. I don't have a favourite band or favourite artist, but I tend to listen to sadder songs a lot of the time. I'm not going home to cry every night, but I think they're more emotional and stuff. I like them but it depends on what mood you're in at the time.

Do you know what you're working on next?

I've got exams in May and June at school but maybe after that, if anything came up, I'd be lucky to do it.

Do you have a favourite scene from this movie?

There were so many great times. It was good fun doing the scene when we filming the griffin ride and it was on a bucking bronco thing where we were all tied on and rocking around, it was good fun.
