Explore the Canadian Rockies with Giaan

19:30 AEST Thu Nov 8 2012

On her visit to Canada, Giaan took a drive along the Icefields Parkway. The 230 kilometre long drive links Lake Louise and Jasper. It traces a thin line paralleling the backbone of the Canadian Rockies, splitting the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. It was recognised in 1984 by UNESCO for its outstanding natural beauty, wildlife and geological value. There is so much to look at it would be highly unlikely anyone has ever been written a speeding ticket on the Parkway!
