Kelly Landry jumped at the chance to check out the latest in Falls Creek. Falls Creek is Victoria's largest winter playground and Kelly knew there would be skiing and snowboarding, but the new game in town is sliding a ski trail on a bike made especially for the snow. They're called "pushies" and Kelly thought they were great fun. They're low-impact and close to the ground, so if you fall you don't have far to go.
Anyone over 14 years of age can have a go and there are one-hour lessons available twice every day. For the more adventurous, on Wednesdays and Saturdays night rides are held.
