Somerset on the Pier

17:30 AEST Sat Sep 21 2013
Since 1804 the ever-expanding port around Sullivans Cove in Hobart has been attracting whalers, seafaring adventurers, fisherman and these days, seafood-loving tourists.

One of the things Catriona Rowntree loves about Hobart is that every time she returns there is something new and exciting happening.

Somerset on the Pier

Beautifully located on the Hobart waterfront, Somerset on the Pier is an award-winning transformation of the early 1930s pier building. The apartments have views of the River Derwent and Sullivan's Cove and Salamanca Place, Battery Point and the CBD are a short walk away.
