The spacious award-winning villa was architecturally designed to take advantage of its prime location. Enormous windows and an open floor plan mean you are able to enjoy views from almost every room.
The villa has four spacious bedrooms — one king with ensuite, one queen with ensuite and two queens with shared bathroom.
The large kitchen has an island bench and stainless appliances, including an espresso machine and ice dispenser.
A comfortable formal lounge room is perfect for relaxing in while you watch a film on the wide-screen plasma television. Glass bi-fold doors let the outside in and retractable blinds enable the area to be used year round. The doors lead to a heated saltwater pool.
There is a room set aside to escape to for reading and if the office at home just won't run without you, it has broadband Internet access, fax machine, printer and copier.
During your stay there is complimentary use of a Mercedes S500, complete with satellite navigation. You may prefer to explore in the convertible Jeep Wrangler. To discover the delights of the Coast's waterways, there is a 48' sports cruise yacht, complete with captain. Two jet skis and mountain bikes are also included in the tariff.
Guests can choose to have a personal assistant during their stay. They can assist with organising a golf day, massage, parasailing, winery tours, deep sea fishing, shopping and theme park visits or a chef for private catering.
