If you choose the Re-charge course, you begin each day with two hours of abseiling, bushwalking, using the flying fox or power pole. There is Australia's most challenging high-ropes course it has 12 puzzles to solve, and if six is enough for you, you can quit then. If you don't quit, then you must continue to the end.
Time Out is the least structured of the course choices. Mornings are free and there is more time for yoga and stretching.
The three courses enjoy massages, facials, body scrubs and visits to the steam room and sauna.
