This is where to go if you want to completely spoil yourself, or treat a friend with a special gift. Nature’s Energy is a natural therapy centre with medicines, hydrotherapy, spas, saunas and a holistic retail store.
Nature’s Energy will give you some heavy-duty pampering and the long, unhurried, glorious process will make you feel wonderful. Judging by the names of the treatments, any one will do the trick Revive, Lush, Ultimate, Indulgence, Bliss, Dreams and Nirvana.
The sanctuary has a spa, sauna and French clay mud spa and you can revive your body with a scrub and conditioning treatment.
Firstly you have an invigorating shower, lock your clothes and personal belongings away and snuggle into a soft robe. Then enjoy a non-chemical spa and after that hop into what looks like a bath of chocolate milk. It is in fact a French clay mud spa, the sort they have been using for thousands of years.
It is a warm mixture of red and green clay and is believed to be beneficial to the body and skin. The clay stimulates circulation of red blood cells and the mineral rich mud regenerates and renews the skin. It provides excellent pH balance and is quite thick and heavy. While it is drying you can sip on a herbal tea and then shower the hardened mud away.
After that it’s into the Norwegian sauna and then on to the body scrub. The exfoliation leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean and polished.
Then you have an all over body conditioning treatment using oils such as macadamia, jojoba, avocado and cocoa butter. This is the finishing touch and makes you feel clean, serene and totally relaxed.
Nature’s Energy’s retail centre is in the same place and is great for a self-pamper or a gift for someone special, or a friend who has everything.
They have an excellent range of handmade products, candles, candle holders, oils, animal-free herbal bath, skin care, tea pots and herbal teas, wind chimes and so much more.
