To feel refreshed, sip hot water with lemon juice in the mornings. That helps the digestive system to detox the liver, particularly if you have had a big farewell the night before.
For an extra boost of energy, drink green or peppermint tea. It gives you some "up and go" when you are feeling a bit tired.
To help relax you can have a cup of chamomile tea, but even better, if you get itchy from insect bites or have sore, achy muscles from hiking or walking more than you are used to, take some chamomile tea bags and put them in the bathtub and soak. You will feel the difference.
Garlic raw, cooked or in capsule form helps your stomach fight off any bugs.
