Airline Food

You may not know this, but on most fights you have a choice of all types of food! Want to know more? If you are going on a long flight and are concerned about the food you will be offered, you really don't need to worry about having to starve yourself.

If there are foods you cannot or do not eat because of religious, dietary or general health reasons, just let the airline or travel agent know when you are making your reservations, and every meal will be automatically uplifted along the way.

The choice is very good and here are some examples:
  • Low calorie
  • Asian vegetarian
  • raw vegetarian
  • vegan
  • non-lactose
  • oriental
  • Hindu
  • kosher
  • Moslem
  • special baby and child meals
  • diabetic meals
  • gluten-free
  • high fibre
  • low fat
  • low cholesterol
  • low protein and even low sodium.

So off you fly without worrying that you will arrive at your destination malnourished.
